Return Policy

“We are confident that you will love our yarns! We also get it- life happens or we change our minds. We offer a 7-day ‘no questions asked’ return policy. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your yarn and we will send you a return label as long as the yarn is unused and in its original condition. You must return it in the original packaging. Your full refund will be issued once we receive the unused yarn.

Return Policy Details:

We have a 7-day return policy. Once you’ve reached out and the return label has been issued to you, you have 5 business days to get the package in the mail and on the way back to us. Unfortunately, returns will not be issued after these 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, the yarn must be in its original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

No returns will be accepted on custom orders, pre-orders, or advent calendars.

Any item not in its original condition or that’s damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Any items not returned within 7 days of delivery.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds (when applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the status of your return. We will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected and an estimated time of funds being returned to you or the rejected package being returned to you.

If you are approved, your original form of payment will be credited. This can take several days to show up in your account.

Missing or Late Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after our email, please check your bank or credit card account.

Then reach out to your bank or credit card company, they can notify you of pending credits. The credit normally takes 3 to 5 business days to post to your account.

Return Shipping:

Within 7 days of delivery, contact us for a return label. We will email you a downloadable, PDF return postage label. The yarn package must be submitted to the post office within 5 business days of receiving the pre-paid postage label or the label will be void and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

After 12 days of delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. These return shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund for your returned yarn, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you ship items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping option and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No refunds can be issued without receiving the returned item.
